RWC Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused New/Used Truck Salesperson to join our growing team. What You'll Do- As a New/Used Truck Salesperson, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to commercial customers by helping them identify the trucks and transportation solutions that best fit their business.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
- Build long-term relationships with fleets, municipalities, contractors, and owner-operators.
- Identify customer needs and recommend truck specifications and vocational solutions.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and purchase agreements.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with Finance, Parts, Service, and Warranty departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay current on product knowledge, financing programs, and market trends.
- Represent RWC Group professionally in the community and at industry events.
- Proven sales success with a passion for developing new business.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in commercial trucks, heavy equipment, automotive, construction equipment, agriculture, industrial sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- CDL or the ability to obtain one is a plus.

Pay Range from $75,000 and up, depending on experience and qualifications.
