Papé Machinery, a premier John Deere equipment provider, is seeking a skilled Certified Welder Fabricator / Hydraulic Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for maintaining the structural integrity and operational efficiency of agricultural machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding fabrication, hydraulic system repairs, and ensuring all equipment meets the rigorous standards required for peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision welding and fabrication tasks on various types of agricultural equipment.
• Inspect and repair hydraulic components and systems, ensuring they meet operational standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
• Provide support for equipment modifications and upgrades as required.

Required Skills

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, stick, and arc welding techniques.
