Starting at $23.00 per hour Preference:
Fluency in both Spanish and English highly preferred.

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly onto the truck.
• Complete required forms and documentation accurately.
• Transport and deliver items to customers safely and on schedule.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report repair or servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare and submit reports related to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines such as cars, trucks, and forklifts.
• Assist with additional store tasks, including warehouse duties, tinting, mixing orders, and customer assistance.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• If currently employed with Sherwin‑Williams, a “meets expectations” (3) rating on the most recent performance appraisal is required.
• If currently employed with Sherwin‑Williams, all required HR Cloud eLearning courses must be completed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• At least one year of experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Previous experience selling paint or related products.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language;
  Spanish proficiency highly desirable.
