Crossroads Elementary School is seeking an ESS Day-Time Waiver Instructional Interventionist to provide one-on-one and small group services to struggling students in grades K-5. The position is 7.5 hours per day for 72 student instructional days for the  school year.

Our expectations are that the Interventionist will have a strong background in literacy and math. In addition, this individual will be expected to collaborate with classroom teachers, instructional coach, and school leadership on the identification and analysis of student achievement.

Candidate must have Kentucky Elementary Certification or provide the Letter of Eligibility from their university and possess all other requirements according to BCPS.

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE WAIVER:
To expedite the hiring for this position, the district may apply for a waiver to prevent disruption of necessary instructional or support services (KRS 160.380).
