The Associate Project Solutions Manager (APSM) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing integration projects from order entry through delivery. This entry‑to‑mid‑level role works under the guidance of the Project Solutions Manager to ensure projects are accurately scheduled, properly documented, and executed on time and within scope.
Project Coordination & Support- Support the Project Solutions Manager in the execution of project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation, status reports, and execution dashboards.
- Track project milestones, identify potential risks or delays, and communicate updates to the project team.
- Coordinate order details between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness for production.
- Assist in managing changes to project scope, timelines, and materials as directed by leadership.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and requirements.
- Facilitate the exchange of information between Manufacturing, Planning, and Customer‑Facing teams.
- Participate in regular project status meetings, capturing action items and following up on deliverables.
- Assist in translating customer configurations and BOMs into production‑ready plans.
- Support material readiness and production tracking through ERP and scheduling systems.
- Monitor order progress, identify constraints, and elevate potential issues to the Project Solutions Manager.
- Contribute to quality checks and order accuracy reviews before release to manufacturing.
- Support processing documentation and standardization initiatives within the Manufacturing Integration team.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in order processing and communication flow.
- Maintain accurate project records and assist in post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, schedules, and basic engineering documentation.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and learning; demonstrates accountability and ownership.
- Interest in manufacturing, project coordination, or operations management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, production planning, or manufacturing support (internships or co‑op experience acceptable).
- Exposure to configurable product environments, material handling, or automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals or coursework (CAPM certification a plus).
The base salary range for this role is $66,100 to $99,200.
Travel Requirements- Up to 10% travel to manufacturing sites or customer locations as needed.
