Job Functions
- Produce mechanical installation drawings for various equipment and customers.
- Research and review customer specifications to ensure compliance.
- Research and review as-built and architectural drawings.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a cohesive system design.
- Prepare prints and make drawing corrections/revisions as needed to meet project requirements.
- Report drawing status to the Project Engineer as required, maintaining the project schedule.
- Prepare drawings for submittal to the customer.
- Improve professional and technical knowledge by attending training as required by MHS management.
- Prepare as-built drawings as needed to meet project requirements.
- Prepare general arrangement drawings as needed to meet project requirements.
- Contribute by accomplishing various miscellaneous tasks as required.
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Computer Drafting and Design or a similar technical program.
- Equivalent work experience will also be considered as a substitute for education.
- Zero to 3 years of experience in mechanical conveyor/installation design.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reports to work on time and in compliance with the company attendance policy.
