• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies
• Guide clients on Agile methodologies, QA, and governance for multi-application platform implementations
• Support design, development, and testing activities across multiple client projects
• Mentor delivery teams and document implementation best practices for internal enablement
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement initiatives

• 5+ years of experience with Appian solutions
• 5+ years of related IT experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Active Lead Certification in Appian
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with UI/UX design
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of authentication methods (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP)
• Understanding of data management and visualization/BI
• Exposure to Dev Sec Ops  and Configuration Management practices
