Trilogy Health Services seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a team of direct care providers and ensure accurate medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, and care planning in a campus setting.
You will deliver care using the nursing process from admission to discharge, visiting residents daily to monitor status and coordinate with the DON and physicians as needed. Weekend shifts include an incentive and differential pay on weekends.
