Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate

Compensation:
Up to $65,000.00 per year or more including base salary and commissions.

We operate over 50 high‑performing Verizon Wireless retail locations in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. Our focus is on providing an exceptional customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assisting both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned personally or for the team.
• Completing all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
