Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions' solutions for small business customers;
Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new small business customers;
Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM;
Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits, and digital banking tools;
Ensures a consistent excellent customer experience and adheres to bank policies and regulatory requirements
