The Senior Tax Preparer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mountain Home, AR. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, corporate, and other tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to current tax laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing client financial information, researching tax issues, identifying planning opportunities, and communicating clearly with clients about their tax situations.

The Senior Tax Preparer will collaborate with team members on complex engagements, assist in resolving tax notices, and support clients with year-round tax planning. This role also involves maintaining organized documentation, meeting filing deadlines, and contributing to the firm’s commitment to high-quality client service.

• Prepare and review individual and business federal and state income tax returns.
