Business Solutions Relationship Support Specialist
The Business Solutions Relationship Support Specialist provides onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for commercial and Business Solutions clients, helping ensure services are set up correctly and customers receive responsive, accurate assistance. Key responsibilities include coordinating new client setups, guiding users through features and processes, troubleshooting day-to-day service issues, documenting requests, and partnering with internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer service. Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma or GED required - Specialized schooling and/or on-the-job training in a specific skill area (e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative) - 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience If you take pride in detail, follow-through, and helping customers succeed with financial services, we encourage you to apply.
