We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a patient focused, team driven dental practice in Mountain Home, AR. This role is open to new graduates and experienced hygienists, offering strong mentorship, competitive pay, and a healthy work-life balance with a four-day workweek.

• $40–$60 per hour
• Pay is based on experience, skill set, and certifications
• New grads start competitively with clear growth potential
• Experienced hygienists paid at the top of the range
• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 day work week)

• Perform patient assessments including medical histories, charting, periodontal evaluations, and oral cancer screenings
• Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care such as cleanings, polishing, radiographs, sealants, fluoride, and whitening
• Develop individualized care plans with guidance from experienced providers
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members

• Recent graduate or licensed Dental Hygienist
• Local anesthesia certification preferred
• CPR certification
• Desire to learn, grow, and deliver excellent patient care
• Team-oriented, positive mindset
