Well-established clinic

APP support provided

Replacement role for outgoing physician with established patient panel Clinic #4  Mountain Home, AR (North Central Arkansas Medical Associates)

Independent clinic with 4 Physicians and 3 APRNs

Schedule:

Monday  Friday, 7:30 AM  5:00 PM

Shared call rotation with clinic physicians

Independent clinic with 4 Physicians and 1 APP

Licenses:
Arkansas medical license or eligibility

Certifications:

Provide outpatient family medicine services

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

Coordinate with APPs and healthcare teams

Participate in call rotation (where applicable)

Support clinic growth and quality care initiatives
