• Proven experience in cybersecurity product management, particularly in Identity Security (IAM/PAM/CIEM)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver global product strategies and complex product roadmaps
• Experience leading distributed and cross‑functional teams
• Strong analytical skills to convert customer and market insights into product direction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities at the executive level

• Innovative mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement
• Experience in managing R&D budgets and securing development funds from technology partners
