- Drive execution of the data platform roadmap in partnership with Engineering leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day program operations for the data platform pod, including intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking using agile frameworks
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data platform initiatives align with broader enterprise architecture
- Provide clear communication on progress, risks, and delivery status to both technical and business stakeholders
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience with at least 2-4 years in technical program management, product management, or data platform roles
- Proven experience leading complex technical programs using agile and scrum methodologies
- Strong proficiency with program and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Solid understanding of data platform concepts, including data modeling and integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- PMP, CSM, CSPO, or similar program/product management certification
- Familiarity with modern data technologies such as SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and BI platforms
- Experience partnering with engineers and product managers to deliver shared outcomes
