We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well‑respected critical access hospital in Northern Arkansas. The provider will work Monday‑Thursday 8:00a.m.–5:00p.m. and a half day on Friday (4|10 schedule negotiable) with ER cross‑coverage (24‑hour shift) if interested. The clinic averages 17–20 visits per day, and the ER volume is approximately 90 visits per month, with high acuity and low patient volume.

• Provide primary care in the clinic following the 4‑day schedule plus half day Friday.
• Cover the ER 24‑hour shift as required.
• Manage high‑acuity, stabilized patients and facilitate transfers to Little Rock or Bentonville.
• Participate in a performance‑based incentive plan discussed during the interview.

• New graduates who are confident and capable of autonomous practice.
