• Comfortable functioning autonomously, including new graduates.
• Applicants with a strong ER RN background tend to thrive in this setting.
• Minimum licensure as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

• Base salary $130,000–$140,000 plus benefits for clinic‑only schedule.
