Cardiovascular Cath Lab Rn Opportunity
$35.19–$49.86/hour + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Join a growing, progressive acute care hospital as they expand their cardiovascular service line and prepare to welcome an additional Electrophysiology (EP) physician. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab RN to become part of a collaborative, patient-focused team while working with advanced cardiac procedures and cutting-edge technology.
Schedule- Full-Time
- Four 10-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Rotating day off
- On-call approximately 9–10 days per month
- Must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes while on call
- $35.19–$49.86/hour, based on experience and internal equity
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

As a Cath Lab RN, you will provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. Working alongside physicians and multidisciplinary teams, you will:
- Deliver exceptional pre-, intra-, and post-procedural patient care
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Monitor hemodynamics and patient responses throughout procedures
- Administer medications and maintain sterile technique
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments
- Serve as a patient advocate while ensuring safe, evidence-based care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a culture of clinical excellence
Required
- Active RN license (Arkansas or Compact State)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required)
- BLS Certification
- ACLS certification within three months of hire
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
Preferred
- BSN or MSN
- Minimum of two years of Cath Lab, ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or Interventional Radiology experience
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), and vasoactive infusions
