Support bakery department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation;
Department replenishment & inventory procedures – ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns;
Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards – stocking, rotation, displays, sampling and department zoning procedures;
Food production and processing – follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper packaging/labeling;
Safety/Quality orientation and customer service focused with Harps’ SMILE program guidance
