Ole is a company dedicated to producing Authentic Mexican inspired products with a commitment to quality and freshness. We strive to help families create wholesome, fun, and authentic eating experiences. This is a full-time Route Sales Driver position located in El Dorado, AR.

• Safely transporting company product (tortillas) and materials (carboard displays) to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of product and materials.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensuring the company vehicle is parked in areas that permit parking to avoid towing.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and going.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• MUST be 23 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
• The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
• Punctual and reliable.

This is not a remote or hybrid position.
