Lube Technician

The Auto Ranch Group is looking for a Quick Lane lube technician for our fast-paced Ford/Dodge/Kawasaki dealership in Mountain Home, Idaho. This is a learning position, designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry through hands‑on experience and structured training.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services efficiently
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
• Communicate clearly with the team when additional help or direction is needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Stay productive and focused throughout the day

• Basic automotive knowledge
• Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Ability to learn new technologies, including repair and service procedures and specifications
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of experience in an automotive service environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
