Service Representative

Full‑Time | Mountain Home,  | On‑Site

Job Responsibilities
  • Be the voice of Inventive Group — answering calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Process and manage dealer and customer orders from entry through fulfillment, including quotes, pricing, and order updates.
  • Work alongside Outside Sales Representatives to support existing accounts and help grow new ones within your territory.
  • Handle warranty claims end‑to‑end: investigate, validate, communicate decisions, and keep accurate documentation.
  • Manage returns and exchanges, and follow up on open orders, custom requests, and future‑dated releases.
  • Track customer activity through sales reports and help identify growth opportunities.
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date in our CRM.
  • Stay current on our product lines so you can answer questions confidently and upsell where it makes sense.
  • Participate in team meetings, Kaizen events, 5 Whys, and other continuous improvement activities.
  • Sustain 6‑S standards in your workspace and contribute to a culture of accountability and improvement.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous customer service or client support experience.
  • Strong communication skills — comfortable on the phone, clear in writing, and easy to work with.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented; able to juggle multiple open orders and follow‑ups without things falling through the cracks.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to learn CRM systems quickly.
