This full-time Laboratory Technician role supports both locations — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Boise, with the remaining workdays in Mountain Home.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Fabricating and finishing orthodontic appliances (retainers, expanders, habit appliances, etc.)
• Trimming, polishing, and adjusting acrylic appliances
• Pouring and trimming models
• Managing lab inventory and supplies
• Ensuring quality control and timely turnaround
• Maintaining lab organization and compliance with infection control standards
• Collaborating closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure precision and fit

You will be required to possess the following:

• Prior orthodontic lab experience required
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
• Willingness to travel between Boise and Mountain Home
