Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Consumer Science Teacher, located in Mountain Home,  teacher will be responsible for a culinary pathway with supporting classes such as teen living and interior design. Responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student performance, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The teacher will also collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the curriculum and support student success.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher in Family and Consumer Science
• Experience in developing and implementing effective lesson planning
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff members
• Passion for teaching and fostering a positive learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Culinary, or a related field
• Teaching certification applicable in Idaho
• Experience with incorporating technology into the classroom is a plus
