Key Responsibilities- Inpatient Pharmacy Techs prepare medications for admitted patients, deliver throughout the hospital, manage automated dispensing machines, and prepare pharmaceutical kits—all while working with the nursing staff to meet patients’ needs.
- Enhance your pharmacy skills in diverse practice areas including controlled substance processes, inventory management, non‑sterile compounding, IV preparation, and more.
- Practice at the top of your license while expanding your skill set and engaging in advanced workflows that strengthen your clinical practice. The role also offers opportunities to precept others and to advance into specialized or leadership positions, supporting your long‑term professional development.

- Schedules may include early morning, evening or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Receive shift differential pay; certification pay for PTCB Advanced Certification; preceptor pay.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Idaho pharmacy technician license.
