Mountain Home, – located in southwest Idaho about 45 miles southeast of Boise. It sits at roughly 3,150 feet elevation on the high desert, with a semi‑arid climate—hot, dry summers and cold but generally mild winters compared to northern Idaho.

• Delivering outstanding care in an outpatient setting
• Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program
• Observe patients during treatments and report observations to Physical Therapist
• Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
• Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice required
