Salary Range: $19.00 to $21.00 hourly

We’re looking for a Dual-Role Production Specialist to keep our Sew Shop and Print Shop running at full speed. This is a versatile, hands‑on position where you’ll split your time between operating commercial sewing equipment and running print shop production machinery. If you have sewing experience, a mechanical aptitude, and you take quality personally, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do Sew Shop- Operate and maintain commercial sewing machines.
- Cut and shape fabrics and foam using templates, blades, and scissors.
- Use the heat press, clicker press, grommet press, and various hand tools.
- Deliver finished production items to kanban locations on the manufacturing floor.
- Fulfill production orders for vinyl decals, labels, and card stock items.
- Safely operate a large format printer, laminator, guillotine cutter, and related equipment.
- Maintain strict file organization and follow department file‑saving protocols.
- Run routine cost analysis on decal and label production using Excel.
- Perform operator‑level preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.
- Actively identify product defects and immediately stop production to report issues to your Lead.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities — Team Meetings, 5 Whys, Kaizen, PDCA.
- Sustain 6‑S standards in all work areas.
- Follow and represent company culture, values, and Lean principles.
- Sewing experience — required.
- Comfortable working with industrial equipment and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills;
Excel experience a plus. - Able to work independently and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
