What You'll Be Doing
Perform tasks related to drug formulation, weighing raw materials, cleaning, mixing sophisticated tanks and equipment, distilled water sanitization, filter integrity testing, and documentation in a cleanroom environment.
- Check measurements
- Perform die adjustments
- Conduct visual inspections
- Clean equipment and area
- Make labels, package and label rolls
- Palletize
- Use batch trace
- Wrap/move finished product
- Monitor process
- Complete changeovers, screen changes, die cleaning
- Update batch boards
- Discard scrap
- Operate forklift (if required)
- Create, maintain, and verify documentation
- Cover other operators for breaks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Basic computer skills, basic math skills, ability to read and understand job instructions
- Basic knowledge of tools, can write legibly, use numbering system
- Ability to operate forklift if required, and understand safety rules
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and off shift to cover absences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Career Readiness Certificate (Silver) or equivalent training (TABE/4-Cast, Bax Tech/SWAT)
- Industrial/mechanical experience and knowledge of extrusion preferred
- Walk, lift minimum of 35 lbs., lift above head, bend, twist, push, stretch, squat, pull, reach, stand, climb, carry
- Safely operate forklift and pass forklift physical test
- Work around heat and fumes
- Use hands/fingers to manipulate office equipment
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- May work nights, weekends, overtime
Hourly rate: $21.12 per hour. Pay may vary based on market data, location, skills and experience.
