• Operate Robotic Welders: Fabricate high-quality parts and assemblies for Offroad, Powersports, Fishing, Boating, and Outdoor enthusiasts.
• High-Tech Equipment: Work with cutting-edge Fanuc Robots integrated with Lincoln welders.
• Smart Automation: Use autonomous robots to send products downstream and return empty carts with the click of a button.
• Quality First: Perform quality checks to ensure only the best products are sent out the door.
• Shop Stewardship: Keep work areas clean and organized while taking proper care of our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

• MIG Welding Knowledge: You must understand the fundamentals of MIG welding, though previous robotic experience is not required.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software interfaces.
• Detail Oriented: A strong eye for quality and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Winning Attitude: A desire for self-improvement and a passion for working in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to handle and move materials frequently, including occasionally moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to respond quickly to visual and audible cues.
