Welder position in our weld shop. This is a hands-on, active role with daily job rotation so you re always building new skills. You ll work alongside a team that holds itself to a high standard and supports each other in hitting it.

We re looking for a Welder to join our weld shop and help build the quality products our customers depend on.

• Perform MIG and Gmaw-P welding with daily job rotation across the weld shop
• Set up welding machines and follow Welding Procedure Specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to meet precise welding requirements
• MIG weld steel and aluminum components to specification
• Clamp, tack-weld, grind, and fit component parts for welding
• Sustain 6-S standards in your work area and perform routine machine maintenance
• Flag problems early and participate in continuous improvement activities (Team Meetings, 5 Whys, Kaizen, PDCA)

• Prior MIG welding experience preferred — motivated entry-level candidates will be considered
• Able to read basic blueprints and/or technical drawings
• Familiarity with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) a plus
• Detail-oriented — you take pride in clean, precise work
• A team player with reliable attendance and a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm MST; 40 hours/week
