The Role
We're looking for a Welder to join our weld shop and help build the quality products our customers depend on. This is a hands-on, active role with daily job rotation so you're always building new skills — not stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll work alongside a team that holds itself to a high standard and supports each other in hitting it.
What You'll Do

* Perform MIG and Gmaw-P welding with daily job rotation across the weld shop

* Set up welding machines and follow Welding Procedure Specifications

* Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to meet precise welding requirements

* MIG weld steel and aluminum components to specification

* Clamp, tack-weld, grind, and fit component parts for welding

* Sustain 6-S standards in your work area and perform routine machine maintenance

* Flag problems early and participate in continuous improvement activities (Team Meetings, 5 Whys, Kaizen, PDCA)

What We're Looking For

* Prior MIG welding experience preferred — motivated entry-level candidates will be considered

* Able to read basic blueprints and/or technical drawings

* Familiarity with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) a plus

* Detail-oriented — you take pride in clean, precise work

* A team player with reliable attendance and a willingness to learn

* High school diploma or GED preferred
