Overview
As directed by supervisor, in addition to the responsibilities for the specific production position the leader performs, he/she also directs the activities of the crew to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency and product quality.
Responsibilities- Direct team for maximum productivity.
- Verify integrity of truss set up and QA tags.
- Give partial job direction to stackers.
- Ensure efficient material utilization
- Train/develop future crew leaders.
- Able to read and write in their primary language.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to read or able to learn to read a shop drawing.
- Basic math skills
