Liercke Construction, LLC is a locally owned and operated family construction business, focused primarily on residential and commercial new-build, remodeling, and maintenance. We are located in Mountain Home, Idaho, serving the surrounding areas throughout the Southern and Central regions of Idaho. We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our Mountain Home, Idaho team. This role will start as a part-time position with the possible opportunity to transition to full-time in Spring 2025. Hourly Rate: $22.00–$30.00
, depending on experience and skill level.

• Install finish lumber, trim, doors, and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints or plans to ensure specifications are met.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
• Perform sanding, staining, and finishing tasks as required.
• Drywall work
  :
  Experience in drywall installation, patching, and finishing is highly beneficial.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 2 years of finish carpentry experience is required.
• Reliable transportation
  :
  Must have a dependable vehicle to get to and from job sites in and around Mountain Home, Idaho.
• Background Check
  :
  Must pass a background check and be able to get onto Mountain Home AFB.
• Work Eligibility
  :
  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability
  :
  Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Work ethic
  :
  Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment to safety.
• Location
  :
  Prefer candidates located in Mountain Home or immediately surrounding areas.
