We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our Mountain Home, Idaho team. This role will start as a part-time position with the possible opportunity to transition to full-time in Spring 2025. CompensationHourly Rate: $22.00–$30.00
, depending on experience and skill level.
- Install finish lumber, trim, doors, and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints or plans to ensure specifications are met.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
- Perform sanding, staining, and finishing tasks as required.
- Drywall work

Experience in drywall installation, patching, and finishing is highly beneficial.
- Experience
:
Minimum 2 years of finish carpentry experience is required. - Reliable transportation
:
Must have a dependable vehicle to get to and from job sites in and around Mountain Home, Idaho. - Background Check
:
Must pass a background check and be able to get onto Mountain Home AFB. - Work Eligibility
:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. - Physical ability
:
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. - Work ethic

Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and commitment to safety. - Location
:
Prefer candidates located in Mountain Home or immediately surrounding areas.
