Restoration Technician

SERVPRO® is seeking a hardworking, dependable Restoration Technician to join our team in Mountain Home and help local families and businesses rebuild after water, fire, or storm damage. In this fast-paced, physical role, you will perform hands-on water extraction, structural demolition, property cleanup, and equipment setup. Our team culture thrives on a deep sense of integrity—meaning you do what you say you will do when it needs to be done, and you proactively tackle what needs to be done even if no one asks.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, pass background and drug screenings, and be physically able to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces. Because disasters don't follow a schedule, this position requires participation in an on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency overtime. We provide fully paid training and industry certifications to help you succeed, grow, and become a vital part of our tight-knit team.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
