  • Prepare and maintain the AR aging schedule and analyze aging trends to support CECL reserve methodology.
  • Create general journal entries for bad‑debt reserve, write‑offs, and other AR‑related adjustments.
  • Reconcile the AR sub‑ledger to the general ledger monthly.
  • Own the affiliate revenue commission process end‑to‑end, identifying and implementing improvements for scalable procedures.

  • Identify and deploy agentic or LLM‑based solutions to reduce manual work and enhance decision quality.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Revenue and Controller on process improvements, system implementations, and month‑end close activities.
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights on receivables health, bad‑debt reserves, collections performance, and automation metrics to senior finance leadership.
  • Assist with audits and ad hoc analyses as needed.
  • Contribute to the Finance Team's service excellence.
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with exposure to AR, collections, or revenue accounting.
  • Experience leading credit and collections teams in a high‑growth or enterprise SaaS environment, including management of other managers.
  • Proven track record of driving automation across credit and collections workflows, with measurable efficiency improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment and credit reporting tools (e.g., D&B, Experian).
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for portfolio analysis, reporting, and ad hoc modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with diplomatic navigation of sensitive customer and executive conversations.
  • Understanding of US GAAP concepts relevant to receivables, including CECL/ASC 326 (preferred).
  • Comfortable building and improving processes from scratch.
  • Strong analytical skills for working through complex, multi‑source data.
  • High organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple manual processes concurrently.
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
  • Experience with Net Suite and Salesforce preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus.
