Mailroom / On-Site Services Specialist
Mountain View, CA (onsite)
2+ Month Contract

This position supports mailroom and on-site services operations in a hospital setting. The role focuses on sorting, delivering, and collecting mail and packages throughout the hospital campus. Success in this role requires strong attendance, the ability to follow directions, and comfort working in a hospital environment while wearing a mask.

Responsibilities

Sort, distribute, and collect incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Deliver and pick up mail across hospital departments and nearby buildings
Operate mailroom equipment, including Pitney Bowes postage machines
Lift, move, and transport packages weighing up to 50 55 lbs
Maintain basic logs, records, and supply inventories
Respond to service requests and answer basic job status questions
Keep mailroom and equipment areas neat and stocked
Perform light shipping, receiving, copying, and document handling tasks as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1 2 years of related experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 55 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in a hospital environment and wearing a mask
Basic PC and office equipment skills
Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Good organizational and customer service skills
