Position: Business System Coordinator I

Business System Coordinator I

Media Fusion is looking for a Business System Coordinator I in support of the CATSS contract at NASA Ames Research Center. This position will be 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and process all requests, documents, and forms that require Division or Branch approval.
  • Manage, create and maintain documents, reports, processes and presentations as directed.
  • Format, process, and finalize letters and correspondence including Space Act Agreements, Proposal Inputs, Concurrence Letters.
  • Act at the STI Super User and support the Division NF1676 process, addressing issues when needed.
  • Support regular Division meetings, such as Capture and Project Tag-up meetings, working with management to set the agenda and collecting and distributing required reports and other information for the meeting.
  • Complete Monthly safety walk throughs.
  • Maintain Division personnel roster and email lists.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage & Maintain the Division's conference tracking system across all Branches.
  • Process all shipping requests.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, and events, including setup, breakdown, deliveries, agendas and meeting materials.
  • Support property management.
  • Maintain calendars, including scheduling, re-scheduling, and prioritizing appointments and meetings as well as accepting or declining invitations.
  • Archive and log data calls completed by the Division Office.
  • Schedule and announce to the Division paper rehearsals, seminars, and Monday tech discussions.
  • Archive all Division Seminar and Monday Tech presentations in NASA Box as they are received.
  • Manage office supplies.
  • Sort, distribute and send Division mail daily.
  • Maintain Division conference rooms.
  • Schedule and support office moves.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of applicable experience
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain government security clearance
  • Able to work onsite
