About the jobAs an Administrative Business Partner, you will be at the core of your team's business operations and activities, helping them stay focused on projects by resolving operational and administrative issues promptly. You will stay current with the latest Google products and services, using that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. Your organizational, analytical, and business judgment, as well as strong communication skills, will allow you to interact effectively with a wide range of people and job functions.

CompensationThe US base salary range for this full‑time position is $79,000–$112,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Salary within the range is determined by role, level, location and additional factors such as skills, experience, and education.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment, working on tasks such as travel management, expense reporting, calendar management, and facilities coordination.
- 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small‑scale projects and events from pre‑planning to execution.
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events and prepare meetings for executives or teams with guidance.
- Assess and advocate for office space needs.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events, managing event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
