Immediate need for a talented Administrative Assistant. This is a 06+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is location in Mountain View, CA(Onsite).

Pay Range: $25 - $31.4/hr employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily administrative support to the executive:
    Manage complex scheduling and other affairs for executives, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics.
  • Assist in meeting and workshop scheduling and meeting materials preparation such as confirmations, welcome packets, final documents mailings, name badges, signage.
  • Provide administrative support to the team:
    Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, office facilities management, shipping/receiving of orders on behalf of the team.
  • Assist in office event planning and coordinating.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding preparation: ordering phone, lap top, business card, name plate, desk assignment, etc.
Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:
  • Must have skills: Calendar Management
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Office Facilities Management
  • Event Planning & Management
  • Manage Schedule for Executives
  • Meeting materials preparation (confirmations, welcome packets, final documents mailings, name badges, signage)
  • Experience working with high-tech companies, media companies or information centers.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies, media companies or information centers preferred but not required.
  • Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required.
  • Fluency in Korean language a plus (Very nice to have but not mandatory)
