Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders in a professional environment.
- Experience managing complex priorities in a changing environment.
- Experience working cross‑functionally and building professional relationships with various job functions.
- Experience using productivity tools or AI technology to enhance administrative workflows.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.
- Serve as a trusted business partner, establishing strong relationships with cross‑functional teams and executive executives.
- Execute tasks efficiently while navigating ambiguity and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow Executive/Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs) to problem‑solve and prioritize under pressure.
- Drive operational efficiency by refining existing processes and contributing to the development of new operational strategies.
US salary range: $117,000 - $171,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
