This is a hands‑on operational support role, where you'll manage the essential administrative functions that allow department leaders and staff to stay focused on core business priorities. You bring at least five years of administrative experience and thrive in fast‑paced settings, balancing competing priorities with ease. Strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with colleagues at every level while maintaining a positive and approachable presence.

You handle sensitive information with integrity and understand the importance of confidentiality. Technology comes naturally to you: you are skilled in Microsoft Office and SharePoint and pick up new tools quickly. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy across reports and records, and your intuition allows you to anticipate the needs of the team. From coordinating meetings and managing travel to supporting office moves, you approach every task with calm and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to department managers and staff, taking routine tasks off their plates
  • Manage office communications, including taking and relaying messages, providing information to callers, and handling correspondence
  • Compile and proofread special reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and professional
  • Coordinate facilities matters, office moves, and conference room scheduling to keep the department running efficiently
  • Organize local and off‑site meetings, including logistics planning and technical support
  • Arrange department travel, process expense reports, and manage purchasing requests with a focus on detail and compliance
  • Maintain office equipment and supplies, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Provide support to various functional areas across the company as assigned, adapting to changing business needs
