From coordinating meetings and managing travel to supporting office moves, you approach every task with calm and professionalism.

- Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to department managers and staff, taking routine tasks off their plates
- Manage office communications, including taking and relaying messages, providing information to callers, and handling correspondence
- Compile and proofread special reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and professional
- Coordinate facilities matters, office moves, and conference room scheduling to keep the department running efficiently
- Organize local and off‑site meetings, including logistics planning and technical support
- Arrange department travel, process expense reports, and manage purchasing requests with a focus on detail and compliance
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Provide support to various functional areas across the company as assigned, adapting to changing business needs
- Boost productivity by streamlining administrative processes and supporting operational excellence
- Create a positive, organized, and efficient work environment for the product management group
- Free up department leaders and staff to concentrate on core business priorities by owning essential administrative functions

- Minimum of 5+ years of related administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Share Point
