We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant III who is fluent in Korean and English (read, write, speak) to join our team.
Roleand Responsibilities- Provide daily administrative support to the executive:
Manage complex scheduling and other affairs for executives, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics. - Assist in meeting and workshop scheduling and meeting materials preparation such as confirmations, welcome packets, final documents mailings, name badges, signage.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to the team:
Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, office facilities management, shipping/receiving of orders on behalf of the team. - Assist in office event planning and coordinating.
- Assist with new hire/dispatcher onboarding preparation: ordering phone, lap top, business card, name plate, desk assignment, etc.
- Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams.
- 3+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies, media companies or information centers preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English and Korean required (read, write, speak).
- Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based orindependent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Ability to multi-task with punctuality and consistency required.
- Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
- Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to be in the office (this is not a remote position).

Specific vision abilities required by the job includeability to distinguish the nature of objects by using theeye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video displayterminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizinghigh visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, andmoderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional timebeyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
