This is a 9 month fixed-term contract opportunity.
- 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience supporting leaders within global organizations and serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Knowledge of Google and project management practices to solve operational issues.
- Ability to grow in extremely fast-paced environments, demonstrating high flexibility, adaptability, and autonomous execution.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships, leverages perspectives, and communicate effectively across all job functions.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services.
You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. Working behind the scenes, we make a significant impact on the people we support as well as on Google users around the world. We're adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $117000 - $170000 (USD) + 15% bonus target
- Coordinate and optimize calendars, travel, expenses and priorities for executives across multiple timezones while operating effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Anticipate executive needs as a trusted thought partner who proactively identify issues, develop creative solutions, improves team operations, and demonstrates organizational skills by prioritizing tasks with precision and detail while growing in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Execute multiple end-to-end events including summits, offsites, onsites, partner events, speaking engagements and leadership summits with both internal and external audiences while creatively crafting team-wide communications.
- Maintain the highest standards of Google confidentiality, with an understanding of Google policies and procedures.
- Participate actively as a member of the Global Partnerships ABP Community and contribute to site and culture initiatives.
