Master Automotive Technician (A-Level)
Stress-Free Auto Care | Full-Time | Up to $65+/hr + Uncapped Performance Bonus | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair vehicles bumper-to-bumper
- Handle complex drivability, electrical, diagnostic, and intermittent concerns
- Diagnose CAN/network and no-code faults using proper testing methods
- Use professional scan tools, scopes, OEM service information, and diagnostic equipment
- Perform quality repairs and thoroughly document your work
- Work with service advisors to accurately diagnose and communicate customer concerns
- Mentor B- and C-Level Technicians
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and shop efficiency
- 7-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Proven A-Level/Master Technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Experience with professional scan tools and OEM/aftermarket repair information
- L1 Advanced Engine Performance strongly preferred
- Hybrid/EV and ADAS experience is a plus
- Professional tool set
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles
- Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
Certifications are not required to be hired. We support ongoing training and certification testing.
Compensation- Up to $65+/hr, based on experience and demonstrated ability
- $10,000 A-Level sign-on bonus
- Uncapped performance/production bonus
- Paid hourly for every hour worked
- Diagnostic time is compensated as part of the repair process

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach throughout the workday; occasionally lift 50+ pounds; safely operate lifts, tools, diagnostic equipment, and vehicles; work in a fast-paced automotive environment; and wear required PPE.
