Responsibilities
  • Lead our most impactful initiatives:
    Be on point for the biggest opportunities on the Quick Books Mobile experience, driving new AI‑powered solutions that increase subscriber growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Translate opportunities into a roadmap:
    Make clear prioritization calls using appropriate quantitative and qualitative measures, and drive alignment across stakeholders, including defining a small set of critical KPIs that measure the right outcomes.
  • Drive Strategy and Innovation:
    Leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to define the strategy and deliver the benefit.
  • Bring everyone on the journey:
    Partner with cross‑functional teams and create clear requirements that inspire cross‑functional partners to conceptualize and ship awesome experiences where humans and tech work effortlessly and seamlessly side by side to delight customers.
  • Drive Execution:
    Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Champion the Customer:
    Deeply understand the needs of small and mid‑market businesses, translating those insights into delightful and intuitive mobile experiences.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on mobile product development at scale.
  • Experience using AI tools to deliver AI solutions to customers.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drove significant customer engagement and business growth.
  • Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems, technologies, and best practices (iOS and Android).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, capable of articulating complex product concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in the Fin Tech, SaaS, or small business segment is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area: 196,
