Global Partnerships (GP) Studio’s mission is to empower Global Partnerships to enhance the health of our partnerships and to land agreements, more efficiently. As the Product Manager, you will be the co‑owner of the internal CRM powering Google Play’s Partnerships business. You’ll drive product strategy and identify AI‑driven opportunities to optimize workflows and scale impact. Collaborating with Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders as well as your peers on the GP Studio team, you will lead the end‑to‑end life‑cycle.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Act as the owner of our internal CRM tool for the Play Partnerships Business Development organization. Work with the stakeholders to size and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes and user experience. Develop comprehensive product feature plans via understanding of the business, key user workflows, and in collaboration with business development stakeholders.
  • Own delivery of new and evolved features on the product roadmap, including setting timelines, incorporating product design, driving user research and testing and incorporating findings back into the tool, and partnering cross‑functionally to achieve support.
  • Partner with the business to ensure successful launches, identify the right success metrics for tools and track performance against those metrics.
