Job Description:

• We are seeking a Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing and tracking cross‑functional initiatives related to infrastructure migrations.
• The focus is on coordination, communication, and follow‑up not hands‑on technical implementation.
• This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with multiple teams, managing timelines, and ensuring operational efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

• Coordinate infrastructure migration activities across ~20 product groups and multiple stakeholders.
• Track progress and follow up with teams to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Manage documentation, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards for project tracking.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Consolidate and analyze updates from multiple sources to provide accurate reporting.
• Support the team in preparing and maintaining project schedules, resources, and timelines.
• Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail in reporting project metrics and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify potential blockers and help drive resolution.
• Manage communications across multiple channels while maintaining clarity and professionalism.
• Build positive working relationships and foster collaboration within a cross‑functional environment.

• 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
• Ability to operate proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
