This role will be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale, CA.

Our LTS (Linked In Talent Solutions) Monetization Strategic Finance team is seeking a Sr. Associate to partner with Linked In’s LTS leaders in shaping GTM finance strategy, monitoring key business metrics, identifying trends, and assessing the financial impact of strategic initiatives. This role will support the LTS Growth and Performance Strategic Finance team - helping to craft long and short term GTM strategy through data driven insights, managing performance to understand & optimize field growth, and helping sales and cross functional teams (PMM, Pricing, GTM Ops) prioritize based on impact sizing.

A strong candidate is equally comfortable and skilled at crafting a thoughtful plan, and rolling up their sleeves to get it done. We are looking for someone who excels at driving execution across multiple senior stakeholders, demonstrates strong ownership to dig deep into highly technical and complex areas to drive impact, and is highly analytical with strong business acumen. Key partners this role will collaborate with include Sales, Pricing, PMM, GTM Ops and Strategic Finance partners.

• Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
• Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
• Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
• Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.

• Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
• Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.

• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with minimal supervision.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop work streams and operational processes.
• Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.

• Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks.
• Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & ops or related field OR equivalent experience.
