As a part of the Shorts’ mission, you will give everyone a voice and show them the world through short-form video. You will provide people with a safe, entertaining, and informative feed of videos and aim to inspire people to create Shorts through feed recommendations, making it easy to go from watching to creating.

In this position, you will be instrumental in refining the algorithms that curate the Shorts feed for viewers to make it a satisfying and entertaining experience.

At You Tube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world.

We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
